HDTS Chemicals Inc. was established in 2001 to assist foreign chemical manufacturers manage sales and marketing in Canada within the context of the Canadian Environmental Protection Act (CEPA) and specifically the New Substances Notification Regulations (NSNR). HDTS Chemicals Inc. provides NSN notification services for new substances being introduced to Canada. Our services are provided in absolute confidence under Non Disclosure Agreements.

HDTS Chemicals will assist foreign chemical manufacturers develop strategies to supply non-DSL chemicals and polymers into Canada by acting as Canadian Agent and/or Importer of Record. All foreign notifiers must use the service of a Canadian Agent or establish an account with Canada's revenue agency.

HDTS Chemicals Inc. also provides label design and Material Safety Data Sheet authoring services using TECIS® software developed by Trivalent Data Services to meet Canada's Workplace Hazardous Materials Information System (WHMIS) worker right to know regulations. We are also preparing for the Global Harmonized System (GHS) and will be ready to help your organization meet specific Canadian GHS compliance requirements.

Customized employee certification training for both WHMIS and Transport of Dangerous Goods Regulations (TDGR) is another service provided to domestic chemical users.
